Dear Parents-
How exciting! We made it through our first week, with a minimum of crying (honestly that was a minimum of crying) and lots of new experiences. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we spent time in Hebrew with Mrs. Scheier, learning some new songs. On Tuesday, Mrs. Hale joined us in our room for music and on Thursday we took a long walk through the hallways to see Mrs. Smith in Gym and that was LOTS of fun!
We started our Farm Animal theme with 2 art projects and a few books about animals, including a great picture book of Old McDonald had a Farm. We are learning to sit at circle and at snack and lunch. It's not always easy, but we're getting the hang of it!
We've really had a great first week and I hope you have too. The kids are all adapting nicely and are quickly learning the routine. I hope you have a nice long weekend and we look forward to seeing you again on Tuesday.
